Account
You can easily delete your account by going to Your account, scroll down to the "Danger zone" section and open it.
Next; Click on the big red "Delete account" button. Once you've confirmed your account deletion:
- Your subscription is immediately canceled and will not be renewed.
- You will be automatically logged out of the application.
- All your data will be permanently deleted. There's no coming back from that.
- Your website integrations will stop working; be sure to remove any remaining integration scripts from your website(s) to keep things tidy.
Billing
If you go with the free plan, you won’t need to provide any credit card details. But if you decide on a paid plan, you’ll just need to have a credit card ready.
Yes, absolutely! Each time you make a payment, we'll send you an invoice by mail. You can also check out your billing history in the subscription section and download them from there.
